Settings and configuration overview

A guide to all settings and configuration options available in your Prompt Reviews dashboard.

Your Prompt Reviews settings

The settings area is your control center for managing how your Prompt Reviews account is configured. You can access it from the Settings section in your dashboard sidebar.

Rather than housing every option on a single page, settings are organized into focused sub-sections so you can quickly find what you need.

What you can configure

Business profile

Your business profile contains the core information about your business -- name, address, phone number, website, and the services you offer. This information is used across your prompt pages, widgets, and review requests.

For a detailed guide, see the Business profile help article.

Team management

Invite team members to collaborate on your Prompt Reviews account. Assign roles and permissions to control what each team member can access and modify. Team members can help respond to reviews, manage widgets, and handle day-to-day review operations.

For a detailed guide, see the Team management help article.

Agency access

If you work with a marketing agency or partner, the agency access settings let you accept or decline agency invitations, view your managing agency, and control billing ownership. This is ideal for businesses that use agencies for white-label or managed review services.

For a detailed guide, see the Agency access help article.

Notification preferences

Control how and when you receive notifications about new reviews, GBP changes, credit warnings, and other account events. You can customize your notification preferences to ensure you stay informed without being overwhelmed.

For more details on the notification system, see the Notifications help article.

Plan and billing

View your current subscription plan, update your payment method, and manage your billing history. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

For a detailed guide, see the Plan and billing help article.
