Manage your Prompt Reviews subscription, compare plan features, and handle payments all from the Plan page in your dashboard.

Getting to your billing page

Navigate to Dashboard > Plan (or visit /dashboard/plan directly). This page shows your current subscription details, available plans, and billing management options.

Note: Only account owners can view and change billing settings. If you are a team member, ask your account owner to manage the subscription.

Available plans

Prompt Reviews offers three plans to fit businesses of different sizes:

Annual billing discount

All plans offer a 15% discount when you choose annual billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from the Plan page.

Understanding your plan page

Your Plan page displays several key sections:

• Current plan -- Your active subscription tier, billing period, and renewal date
• Plan comparison -- Side-by-side feature comparison so you can evaluate whether to upgrade
• Usage summary -- How many credits, prompt pages, contacts, and team seats you are currently using
• Trial status -- If you are on a trial, you will see your remaining trial days and an option to subscribe

Managing your subscription

Viewing your billing details

Click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:

• View your billing history and past invoices
• Download invoices as PDF
• Update your payment method (credit card or other supported methods)
• View upcoming charges

Updating your payment method

1. Go to Dashboard > Plan
2. Click Manage billing
3. In the Stripe portal, click Payment methods
4. Add a new card or remove an existing one
5. Set your preferred default payment method

Canceling your subscription

1. Go to Dashboard > Plan
2. Click Manage billing
3. In the Stripe portal, select Cancel plan
4. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

After cancellation, your account data is preserved but you will lose access to paid features when the billing period ends.

Trial accounts

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial. During your trial:

• You have access to all features of the plan you are trialing
• No payment method is required to start
• You will see a banner showing how many trial days remain
• At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using paid features

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. You can switch at any time from the Plan page. When switching to annual, you will be charged the discounted annual rate. When switching to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if my payment fails? Stripe will retry the payment several times. You will receive email notifications about the failed payment. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle? Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then, but partial refunds are not issued automatically. Contact support@promptreviews.app for special circumstances.

Who can manage billing? Only the account owner has access to billing settings. Team members with the Member role cannot view or modify the subscription.
