Reviews

Overview

The Reviews page is your central hub for viewing and managing all customer reviews collected through Prompt Reviews. It brings together reviews from multiple platforms into a single, organized interface so you can track feedback, spot trends, and share your best testimonials.

Access it from Reviews in your main dashboard navigation.

View modes

The reviews page offers two tabs for organizing your reviews:

• By platform - Groups reviews by the platform where they were submitted (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.). Each group is collapsible and shows the total review count for that platform.
• By reviewer - Groups reviews by the person who submitted them. This is useful for seeing all feedback from a specific customer in one place.

Switch between views using the tabs at the top of the page.

Searching reviews

Use the search bar to filter reviews by:

• Reviewer name - Search by first or last name
• Platform name - Type a platform name to filter
• Review text - Search for specific words or phrases within review content

Results update as you type, making it easy to find specific feedback quickly.

Review details

Each review card displays:

• Reviewer name and role (if provided)
• Platform with the corresponding platform icon
• Review content - The full text of the review
• Star rating - Displayed for Google reviews and other platforms that use star ratings
• Emoji sentiment - If the reviewer selected an emoji during the prompt page experience, it appears on the review card (options include positive, love, neutral, sad, and angry expressions)
• Status badge - Shows the current state of the review:
  • Submitted - Review has been received
  • Verified - Review has been manually verified
  • Auto-verified - Review was automatically verified by the system
• "New" badge - Appears on reviews less than 7 days old so you can quickly spot fresh feedback
• Business location - If your account has multiple locations, the associated location name is displayed
• Last shared date - Shows when the review was last shared, if applicable

Reviews can be collected and displayed from over 12 platforms, including:

• Google
• Yelp
• Facebook
• TripAdvisor
• Clutch
• G2
• Better Business Bureau (BBB)
• Angi
• Houzz
• Thumbtack
• HomeAdvisor
• Trustpilot

Each platform is represented by its own icon for easy visual identification.

Platform links

If a review includes a platform URL, you can click through to view the original review on the platform where it was posted. This is helpful for verifying reviews or responding directly on the source platform.

Sharing reviews

Each review includes sharing options that let you distribute positive feedback across your marketing channels. When you share a review, the last shared date is updated on the review card so you can track which reviews have been promoted.

Pagination

Reviews are displayed 20 per page. Navigation controls at the bottom of the page let you move between pages when you have a large volume of reviews.

Availability

The Reviews page is available on all plans, including Grower, Builder, and Maven. There are no plan-based restrictions on viewing or managing your collected reviews.

Tips for managing reviews

• Check regularly - Visit the reviews page weekly to stay on top of new feedback and respond promptly
• Use the "New" badge - Focus on recent reviews first to ensure timely follow-up
• Search by platform - Use platform filtering when you need to audit reviews for a specific site
• Share positive reviews - Use the sharing feature to turn great feedback into social proof for your marketing
• Track verified status - Pay attention to verification badges to ensure your review collection maintains credibility
