The Emoji Feedback Flow feature allows customers to express their satisfaction through emoji reactions before leaving a detailed review. This creates a quick, engaging way for customers to provide feedback while intelligently routing them to the most appropriate platform.
Instead of asking customers to immediately write a review, we first ask them to select an emoji that represents their experience. This simple interaction increases engagement and helps you direct positive reviews to public platforms while gathering constructive feedback from less satisfied customers privately.

The customer clicks an emoji
When your customer clicks an emoji that best represents how they feel. If they click a positive emoji they go straight to your review page to leave a review. If they choose neutral-to-frustrated emoji, they asked if they with want to post publicly or fill out a feedback form.

Just like a review, when you get feedback, you will get an email notice. The feedback form asks customers for an email so you can follow up with the customer.
