  https://promptreviews.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these 
  Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do
  not use the Service.


  1. Acceptance of Terms


  By creating an account, submitting a review, or using any part of the
  Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be
  bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to
  all users, including business customers who subscribe to our service and
  end-users who submit reviews through our Prompt Pages.


  2. Types of Users


  Business Customers: Organizations or individuals who subscribe to
  PromptReviews to collect, manage, and display customer reviews.


  Reviewers: End-users who submit reviews about businesses through
  PromptReviews Prompt Pages or other review collection features.


  3. Use of AI-Generated Content


  PromptReviews uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with various
  features, including but not limited to generating review requests, grammar
   suggestions, service descriptions, and review responses. By using the
  Service, you acknowledge and agree that:


  – AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist you but may not
  always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
  – You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all
  AI-generated content before using it in any public or professional
  capacity.
  – PromptReviews does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or compliance of
   AI-generated content with any laws, regulations, or platform-specific
  policies.
  – You should not rely solely on AI-generated content without exercising
  your own judgment and making necessary modifications.


  4. Review Submission Requirements


  When submitting a review through PromptReviews, you agree that:


  – Authenticity: Your review reflects your genuine, personal experience
  with the business. You must not submit fake, fraudulent, misleading, or
  deceptive reviews.
  – Honest Representation: You will not misrepresent your relationship with
  the business, receive compensation for positive reviews without
  disclosure, or submit reviews on behalf of others.
  – Original Content: Your review is your original work and does not
  infringe on any third-party rights.
  – Platform Compliance: If your review is shared to third-party platforms
  (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.), you agree to comply with those platforms’
  respective terms of service and review policies.
  – Accuracy: Information provided in your review is accurate and truthful
  to the best of your knowledge.
  – No Prohibited Content: Your review does not contain hate speech,
  harassment, threats, spam, malware, personally identifiable information of
   others, or other prohibited content.


  Violation of these review submission requirements may result in removal of
   your review, restriction from submitting future reviews, and potential
  legal action.


  5. Content Rights and Licenses


  Reviews Submitted by Users:
  – You retain ownership of the content you submit.
  – By submitting a review, you grant PromptReviews a worldwide,
  non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce,
   modify, and distribute your review content for the purpose of providing
  and improving the Service.
  – You grant the business you reviewed the right to display your review on
  their website, marketing materials, and third-party platforms.


  Business Customer Content:
  – Business customers retain ownership of their business information,
  logos, and other content uploaded to the Service.
  – Customers grant PromptReviews the right to use this content solely for
  providing the Service.


  6. No Guarantees or Warranties


  PromptReviews is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make
  no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:


  – The number, quality, or authenticity of reviews you will receive.
  – The impact of reviews on your business reputation, search rankings, or
  revenue.
  – Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
  – Third-party platform integration, including but not limited to Google
  Business Profile, Yelp, or Facebook. These integrations depend on
  third-party APIs and policies, which may change without notice.
  – AI-generated content accuracy, quality, or compliance with any specific
  requirements.
  – Results from using widgets, Prompt Pages, or other features of the
  Service.


  You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any
  decisions made based on information or content provided by or through the
  Service.


  7. Payment Terms


  Subscription Plans:
  – PromptReviews offers various subscription plans (Grower, Builder, Maven)
   with different features and pricing.
  – All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment
  processor.
  – By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a
  recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or
  annual).


  Non-Refundable:
  – All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits
  for partial months or years of service, unused features, or if you choose
  to cancel your subscription.
  – You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to
  have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.


  Free Trials:
  – Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion.
  – At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged
  automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.


  Price Changes:
  – We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes
  will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent
  renewal periods. We will provide notice of price changes.


  8. User Responsibilities


  You are responsible for:


  – Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  – All activities that occur under your account.
  – Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using the
  Service.
  – Ensuring you have the right to post any content you upload to the
  Service.
  – Complying with third-party platform terms of service when sharing
  reviews or connecting integrations.
  – Reviewing and understanding the capabilities and limitations of
  AI-generated content.
  – Not using the Service to collect, solicit, or post fake, fraudulent, or
  misleading reviews.


  9. Prohibited Uses


  You agree not to:


  – Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  – Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other
  users’ accounts, or connected systems.
  – Submit or solicit fake, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading reviews.
  – Offer compensation, incentives, or rewards in exchange for positive
  reviews without proper disclosure.
  – Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to
  the Service.
  – Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service
  without our prior written permission.
  – Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  – Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Service.
  – Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your
  affiliation with any person or entity.
  – Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  – Violate third-party platform policies (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
  when using integration features.


  10. Third-Party Platform Integrations


  PromptReviews integrates with various third-party platforms, including but
   not limited to Google Business Profile, Yelp, and Facebook. You
  acknowledge that:


  – These integrations depend on third-party APIs, services, and policies
  that are outside our control.
  – Third-party platforms may change their terms, policies, or API access at
   any time, which may affect the functionality of our Service.
  – You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and policies
   of any third-party platform you connect to or share content with.
  – We are not responsible for any issues, restrictions, or penalties
  imposed by third-party platforms.
  – You must maintain your own accounts and relationships with third-party
  platforms.


  11. Account Termination


  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time,
  with or without notice, for:


  – Violation of these Terms.
  – Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  – Non-payment of subscription fees.
  – Any other reason at our sole discretion.


  Upon termination:
  – Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
  – You will not be entitled to any refunds.
  – We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  and data retention practices.


  You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or

   the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the
  Privacy Policy.


  Reviewers: When you submit a review, we collect and process your review
  content, name, and optional contact information in accordance with our
  Privacy Policy.


  Business Customers: We collect and process your business information, user
   data, and usage analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.


  13. Intellectual Property


  The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and
   design, is owned by PromptReviews and is protected by copyright,
  trademark, and other intellectual property laws.


  You may not:
  – Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
  – Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written
  permission.


  14. Disclaimers


  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:


  – THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
  OR IMPLIED.
  – WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  – WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR
   SECURE.
  – WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY
  CONTENT, AI-GENERATED OR OTHERWISE.


  15. Limitation of Liability


  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:


  – PROMPTREVIEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE
  OF THE SERVICE.
  – OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT
  EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  – SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
  EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


  16. Indemnification


  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PromptReviews, its
  officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities,
  damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
  arising out of or related to:


  – Your use of the Service.
  – Your violation of these Terms.
  – Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual
  property rights.
  – Any reviews or content you submit.
  – Your violation of any third-party platform terms or policies.


  17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law


  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws

  principles.


  Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall
   be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of

  necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and
  effect.

  These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire
  agreement between you and PromptReviews regarding the Service and
  supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
